In order to mint or redeem an index token, either $USK or $KUJI is required. If you do not yet have any on your Kujira wallet, there are different options, depending if you already have funds on another network or not.
Fund wallet fromothernetwork (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum)
If you already have assets on any other blockchain, you can use Skip Go or Squid Router to deposit funds to Kujira. It is advisable to swap directly into KUJI or USK via the widget to avoid an extra step afterwards.
Fund wallet from a CEX (e.g. Coinbase, Binance, Kraken)
On Kraken, you can buy KUJI and withdraw them to your Kujira wallet address.
On Binance, Coinbase & other exchanges, you can buy USDC, withdraw them to Noble & send them to the Kujira network. Once the funds arrive, you can swap them for KUJI or USK on the Kujira Orderbook exchange or via MantaSwap.
Fund wallet from a Bank or Credit Card
There are several ways to fund your crypto wallet from your bank account or credit card.
In order to save extra steps afterwards, it is advisable to choose a service which supports the Kujira chain itself. One such service is Kado.
For other services such as Moonpay or Transak, Kujira is not available. Once you have deposited assets to another network (e.g. Ethereum or Arbitrum), you may refer to the "Fund wallet from other network" step to further send the funds to Kujira.
