25% off all fees collected by the protocol go to KUJI stakers as KUJI stakers & validators should be compensated for offering security for a growing DeFi Ecosystem.

The rest goes to fund and maintain the development of the KujiraIndex as the protocol was developed without outside investment or a token to raise funds.

Fee types

The Protocol collects two type of fees: A redemption fee and a streaming fee. Unlike many other index products, KujiraIndex does not charge a issuance/mint fee, making the onboarding for users cheap and easy.
